本處透過系統地收集、整理及分析本校的課程資料,協助學校有效推動課程優化與改革,使課程設計能與社會發展及學生需求相互配合。
本處致力支援教師改進教學方式,促進其專業成長,並推動多元及有效的教學模式。同時,協助教師掌握最新的教育理念、教學策略及研究趨勢,從而提升教學質素,促進學生的全面學習發展。
To ensure that our school's curriculum remains up to date and responsive to students' actual learning needs, the Division upholds the principle of "Seek the Truth from Facts". Our work centres on two main areas: curriculum development and teaching and research support.
In terms of curriculum development, the Division systematically collects, organises and analyses curriculum information across the school. This enables us to support subject panels and departments in effectively advancing curriculum refinement and improvement, ensuring that curriculum planning aligns with societal developments as well as students' learning needs.
In the area of teaching and research, the Division is committed to supporting teachers in enhancing their instructional practices and fostering their professional growth. We also promote diverse and effective teaching approaches and assist teachers in staying informed about the latest educational concepts, pedagogical strategies and research trends. Through these efforts, we aim to strengthen teaching quality and facilitate the holistic learning and development of our students.

We organize various professional development activities, such as classroom observations, seminars, and workshops, providing teachers with a platform for exchange and learning. These activities cover multiple areas including educational theories and practices, teaching methods and strategies, curriculum design and teaching resources, educational technology and tools, individualized teaching and differentiated instruction, teachers' professional development and personal growth, as well as teachers' mental health and emotional management. The goal is to comprehensively enhance teachers' professional competence and teaching capabilities.
